D&D has worked on the civil engineering scope of the Clippers Arena project and prepared the civil engineering/technical studies for the EIR. D&D is also part of the design team under AECOM and is in charge of preparing all civil engineering onsite and offsite work for the project.
This includes survey and mapping, structural engineering for all perimeter walls, traffic signal improvement work for 14 offsite intersections, and street, sewer, storm drain and water line improvements. D&D is also working with Golden State Water Company for developing the main water lines and is also preparing the recycle water line realignment for West Basin Municipal Water District. D&D is also working on the main 27” transmission line realignment with the city of Inglewood. The project also is involved with offsite improvement work with the City of Los Angeles DOT, city of Hawthorne, Los Angeles County, and Caltrans. D&D scope is 90% complete.
