This is a public Homekey-funded housing project under Executive Directive 1 (ED1) mandate in the City of Los Angeles. This project is a 24-unit, 2-story, multifamily apartment buildings project with 100% affordable housing units. This gated community consists of long-term bike parking lockers, common areas, and landscape areas for resident amenity uses. This project is currently under construction.
