This is the largest FedEx building in SoCal with 550,000 square feet in an 80-acre site. D&D staff were instrumental on the Entitlement of this project and preparing the civil engineering onsite and offsite construction documents. D&D worked with the cities of Chino and Ontario as well as Caltrans throughout the process. The building is completed and offsite improvements including a 120” storm drain line, are also done. As part of the scope, D&D prepared an addendum to city of Chino Master Drainage Study, which included city of Ontario’s 120” storm drain infrastructure as well. The property developed was part of San Bernardino County and Chino Airport, which required D&D staff to coordinate with both agencies during the entitlement and construction. D&D prepared all engineer, survey and mapping services including traffic signal work.
