Over one million square feet of industrial and commercial development which D&D staff assisted during the EIR process. D&D is now contracted to prepare CD for 2 of the buildings for over 600K square feet. This project included the design of a mile long water main line for Cal American which D&D completed, and the project is now under construction extending from the project site in City of Irwindale to the point of connection to City of Hope facilities, in the City of Duarte.
