Over one million square feet industrial development which D&D staff assisted during the EIR process and finished the Construction Documents and assisted in Construction Administration for 3 buildings and a standalone Fedex site and building. D&D staff had to think outside the box to come up with a water quality and flood control detention solution that saved the client from having to go through an Army Corps permitting process and saved millions by not drilling a tunnel under the embankment to connect to the existing channel for drainage, which was originally designed and proposed with previous engineer.
