D&D worked with ARCO-Murray to expand the Press Enterprise Warehouse building in Riverside, CA. The project was on a 6.1 acre site and with an existing 218,000 SF warehouse, manufacturing and office building. The building expansion added 48,000 SF for additional warehouse and office area for the Southern California newspaper company. D&D provided plans for civil engineering design for this expansion, which included construction documents for grading, utilities, and LID design.
